Recently, it was what he did! I had changed into a black futon and white. I went to the hardware store and that's what they told me ... and it works great!
Sandy 1.) The futon is very good with sandpaper ... not the metal strip to pick up only.
2nd painting) projections of the primary metal. They have a spray, like the painting.
Dry 3.) Painting the futon in full color for the primer. I waited 24 hours between shifts ...
4.) After the paint dries, put a layer of clear finish ... Also available in an aerosol. This helps prevent scratching the paint fight or something.

It took me a weekend to think. I sand the mattress, then washed with soapy water just a little off on the sandy material, let it dry to get ... then begin. Deleted the next day, as I know. And 3rd Day (Sunday), I sprayed the clear coat. On Monday, everything was nice and bright and ready!

Good luck .. and have fun!

Sure, why not? and you do not know, ask how many layers, only be sure not miss any spots. You can even a primer before spraying.

Yes you can. But no more spraying your bag or get a really bad performance. They can help if you sand it some also that the first layer there is no lack of the final coat of black gloss. Not in a hurry, or you have a big mess. You can not do in a day, so take your time and eventually will be good;)
