Dont Trust never users on topics like this. Enter your local shops and look around, ask questions and look at portfolios that do not work. The Internet is misleading and the only way not to save "good" is to enter and search themselves.

Not that I know, but the experience of Fineline Tattoo in Topeka, Kansas is great. A bit expensive but worth it. Thats where I've got all my tattoos.
Word of mouth is much more
